Hi everyone
I really love the trampling fetish since I was a little boy.. I like either sitting trampling on others or being sat on and trampled by heavy girls.
the first thing and since I'm skinny I only weigh 55 kg for 181cm I'm afraid to get hurt or something.. My GF is fat she ways at least 90kg and I wanna ask her to trample me and crush me, but since I haven't try this yet I'm afraid of the consequences.

She will squash you AZERTY but that's the point isn't it? I'd probably try with bare feet first as 90kg in shoes may be a little difficult for you at only 55kg, if you're very skinny her weight will pinch your skin against your bones under the hard soles of shoes. Just start off slowly with bare feet on your stomach, see how long you can hold her. If you do try this please post some pics up on forum! Thanks for the question.

Thank you Weighing Scales.. I will try to have her trampling me barefooted first and see how does it feel.. I will post photoes of it in my next post!

For some people this wanting to be crushed is a fetish because it is a sexual driven. You are like me and this is a pre pubescent desire. Double your weight on top is safe if done right. In New Zealand with Polynesian and Island girls being under triple digit weight the question 'Is she not twelve years old yet' is asked. Circumference measurement of 4 to 5 feet is common.
I have had 340 kilograms on me, which is way over double my weight. The weight has to be introduced slowly.
At 15 years old I had messed around with 800 kilograms of force with limited travel. At 10 I was lowering automobiles onto my belly.
Initially partial weight, then increase in separate attempts. I have no idea at 55 kilograms how vulnerable you are to compression or what muscles structure you have. I would start with her sitting on you or better still spreading her weight all over by lying on top of you.
Lying on top can be done wrongly. As strange as it sounds but if the upper person shoulders are forward of your shoulders can constrict breathing. On the first attempt keep the hips over the hips. Now there is a difference if you facing up or down. If she goes over your back (you facing down) then your skeleton will shield you. Try both directions before you allow her to move upwards on your body.
If laying fails then still try sitting on. If she kneels and then lowers her bottom you can work to full weight.
Going full weight straight up will be uncomfortable. But that does not mean it cannot be comfortable.
Which parts of the body do you want the compression on?
If it is the hands, throat or head then that is outside my knowledge base. Chest, hips and stomach my advice should hold.
