Hello, excellent forum guys! Just wondering how do I get a profile picture like the others?

Thanks phillie and welcome to the forum, you can upload any profile picture you want. Just click on the "My Profile" link in the main menu above (you only see this link when you're logged in) you'll then see an "edit" icon on the top right of your profile, this is where you can setup all information on your profile, including your avatar, just click the avatar tab and you can upload any image you like.
